General Description
It can sleep up to 8 with 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite jacuzzi bath and shower and a double bed, the second smaller bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and leads onto a small terrace. There is also a double bed-settee in the living room.This leads onto another terrace. Separate kitchen and utility room. Guests are requested to vacate by 10:00 hrs and Incoming guests may go in after 16.00 hrs. Same day change-overs are not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

The apartment has the use of a fully equipped communal spa which includes a heated swimming pool containing hydromassage beds and seats, cascades, a hot pebble walk to assist body circulation, a sauna, steam room, showers, toilet facilities and a gymnasium. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. It has a beautiful garden with feature grass, flower borders, a pergola with inside electrical lighting, a BBQ, a Grecian style water feature and outdoor atmospherical lighting which provides a romantic setting. There is a safe inset into the floor, clean drinkable, filtered water, air conditioning and an indoor security alarm system. The living room features satellite TV, DVD and CD players and various board games.

There are 3 popular golf courses close to the apartment, a string of beautiful beaches which have all been awarded the WEEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. The popular 'strip' which provides entertainment and many different types of restaurants - all a few minutes drive away. There is a local Saturday market. The famous mud lakes of Lo Pagan are within easy`reach and offer that special healing experience for tired, aching muscles, rheumatism and arthritis.The town of Torrevieja is also a 20 minutes drive from the apartment and is ideal for evening shopping. The World Health Organisation recognises the region as healthiest in Europe, being perfect for those with respiratory problems.
