Information about the local resort Fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa with its own pool on the 5 star La Torre Golf Resort.
Beautifully furnished, the villa enjoys a large corner plot with private garden, patio and 8m x 4m private pool. The lounge is furnished with two leather sofas (one a sofa bed), dining table and 6 chairs and TV/DVD player, with patio doors leading onto the terrace with another table and 6 chairs. The villa is air-conditioned and also has central heating.
The main bedroom has a double bed and opens onto a private roof terrace overlooking the pool and with views of the golf course and the mountains in the distance. The other 2 bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) both have twin beds and all 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is in a quiet location but still within walking distance of all facilities including communal pools, tennis courts, children's parks as well as the Town Centre with its bars, restaurants and supermarket.

As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players. We recommend you take your handicap certificate as proof of handicap and in high season we suggest you pre book your tee times.
La Torre is one of four resorts and as a guest on La Torre you may use all the facilities, including the golf courses on all the other resorts. Free transportation on luxury coaches are provided between the resorts.
La Torre Golf Resort is a Polaris World development situated near Torre Pacheco in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The resort is approximately 15 minutes from Murcia City and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor. The resort is serviced by two airports of San Javier, Murcia (20 mins) and Alicante (1 hr).

Your holiday property is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
Guests are met by our agents at the resort entrance and shown to the property where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your villa rental. For stays of two weeks or more we include a mid term linen change. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally.
