Upstairs: Master bedroom with 6ft bed, with walk-through closet. En suite with large hydro massage bath (spot lights etc), w.c., sink, Bidet. Twin double bedroom with en suite bath & w.c. Large veranda with sea views, accessible from both bedrooms and staircase landing.Outside: Tiled pool with Roman steps. Shower. Covered seating area and grass. Built in tiled BBQ area, with worktops, lights, socket, sink and drinking water supply. Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night. Other information| Air conditioning hot & cold is included throughout. Cot and highchair on request. 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor so may be suitable for persons with limited mobility. Internet Access and Telephone/fax are available. Phone calls will be charged at cost. Pay there. The alarm system can be included (pre booked) free of charge on request. There will be a call-out charge of £35, which clients can avoid if they call the owner immediately if the alarm goes off by accident.A security deposit will be required (£60/week) plus a non-refundable set-up/management charge of £35. For bookings of 2 weeks or more there will be no set-up charge. |
