Downstairs: The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and has a fire place (with free logs supplied) for cooler months. The kitchen is well equipped and the open plan dining area has quality wooden table and chairs. Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, have lovely views of the orchard. Both bedrooms share a shower w.c. (Not wide enough for a wheelchair). The windows having mosquito mesh, you could have windows open without allowing mosquitoes in, and the bedrooms have blackout blinds.Outside: The large tiled private pool has overflow feature at the edges, Roman steps and a hand rail. Depth all over: 1.6m (this means it is ideal for swimming without knocking your knees in the shallow end, and most adults can stand up anywhere, so it is also good as an adults learning pool.) Pool side has illumination at night and built in BBQ. Gated and fenced garden. Facilities

You may occupy the villa from 3pm. Vacate by 11am.Car Hire advisable due to heat. Clients have holidayed here successfully without a car, by using the buses: 800m. If you do not hire a car we can arrange a supermarket visit free of charge.4 seater taxi from Paphos €29Changeover day: Sundays April - Oct. Flexible in winter.

Rates
Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken. Refundable Damages Deposit £200 (It will apply if necessary) Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.

Winter rates on Calendar are for 2 persons and include free logs for fireplace, and 1 x Hot Air unit.

This villa is available for long let from 1st November and 31st March. The rate is £575 per month. Our Long Let rates are based on a minimum let of 3 months.
All bills are to be paid by Renter. Linen and towels can be included.
