General Description
Air conditioning and sun, marble floors throughout and sun, Jacuzzi bath and sun, and luxurious furnishing plus sun. A superb quiet location to just chill for the day before going downtown to either Marbella or Puerto Banus and enjoying the nightlife, restaurants, clubbing etc.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with own bathroom that has twin marble washstands; the master bedroom bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath, whilst the 2nd bathroom has a shower cubicle. Each bedroom has plenty of cupboard and drawer space and are elegantly furnished.
The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, and induction hob plus granite worksurfaces and ample cupboards. There is a washing machine in the adjoining utility room.
The lounge dining room is elegantly furnished and has DVD and Satelitte TV with all the UK Free to Air satellite channels.
The apartment has aircon throughout and benefits from an underground garage and parking space allowing cars to be kept cool and easy access to the property for all ages.
Double patio doors look out to the terrace which is in the shade in the afternoon - the perfect place to unwind with a Pimms after a hard day in the sun by the pool!
Features
With views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and the sea, the shaded terrace looks directly onto the shared swimming pool which is near enough to be close but not close enough to be a nuisance. There are well cared for grounds around the whole of the El Soto development.

El Soto is set in a UNESCO World Heritage site at the top of the La Mareina Hills, it is therefore quiet and peaceful, yet it only takes 25 minutes by car to be in Marbella Old Town, or even less time to the modern La Canada shopping mall.
Within the complex there is a 9 hole pitch and putt course which is challenging yet capable of being played by a novice, a tennis court and paddle tennis, plus a childrens play ground. These are all located around the complex clubhouse which includes a bar and restaurant serving meals and snacks.
Nearby there is the Kudu bar café, which has a great atmosphere and serves reasonable food, and La Messina which is a great restaurant for a special occasion and not too expensive.
Great beaches are plentiful all within less than 15 minutes drive apart from Nikki beach, there is Cabopino and Calahonda close by.
There are plenty of supermarkets at the Elviria commercial centre, including an Opencor which stays open 365 days a year from 6 am to 2 am.
In terms of shopping there is La Canada with lots of designer shops just 15 minutes away, plus upmarket Puerto Banus is just 25 minutes drive - you can shop in all the top designer brand stores like Gucci, Burberry, D&G or go to the El Corte Ingles department store where all the designer brands are in one location. Alternatively you can walk around the marina and wonder at the huge yachts moored there or get a drink early evening and watch a procession of Lamborghinis and Ferraris which circulate on a nightly cruise.

Just 7 kms from the nearest beach (Nikki), apart from the onsite 9-hole course, Santa Maria golf complex is just 5 kms away , as are three other full size courses. The pool is communal but services just 28 apartments - it rarely gets crowded and there are usually enough sunbeds to go around, though we maintain 2 at the aprtment for that rare occasion.
