General Description

This air conditioned apartment has a plasma TV with English programmes. The long balcony has sun loungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. All the main rooms have patio doors leading onto the balcony where you have wonderful views of the long golden sandy beach and ocean.

There are loungers and parasols on the beach directly in front of the apartment and many water sports.

If you do not want to reant a car, we can arrange an airport transfer for 35 Euros.

Features

Situated between Albufeira and Carvoeira, and not far from Vilamoura and Portomao.

Just 10 meters from the beach, Armacao has many beach restaurants and bars. There is also a local disco. However. Albufeira is only 8 miles away if you want to dance the nigth away.

Although we are only meters from the beach, we are also within easy reach of 5 top class golf courses:-

• Carveiro (2 courses) and Penine (3) are 15 minutes drive away.
• Salgados and Gramacho are closer still.

Zoomarine is an oceanographic theme park with 2 swimming pools and is just 10 minutes away. Also 2 other water parks are a similar distance away.

 Faro airport is just 30 miles away.

Specification

This 2 bedroomed apartment is reached either by stairs or elevator and there are only 3 apartments on the 1st floor. It sleeps 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a fully sprung English style divan bed and the second bedroom two single beds.

The apartment is just 3 years old and is tastefully presented with fine furnishings.

The changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible at certain times of year.
