The location is rural and this house is spacious and simply furnished, close to the beach and seaside resort.

Air conditioning: Bedrooms and lounge. €6 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. The villa has the benefit of central heating for cooler months. Cot and highchair on request. Downstairs bathroom is not wheelchair friendly. The downstairs bedroom may be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

This villa is available for long let from 1st November and 31st March. The rate is £500 pm. Our Long Let rates are based on a minimum let of 3 months.All bills are to be paid by Renter. Linen and towels can be included.
