The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for visitors with average temperatures in the mid 30 degrees Celsius every day. However the cooler winter months attract keen walkers, mountain biking enthusiasts and skiers to the Troodos Mountains and Akamas peninsular areas.

Tersefernou area information
Tersefanou is a quaint village resort with easy access to the main routes across the island ideally situated to serve the Troodos Mountains, Limmassol, Ayia Napa & Nicosia. The friendly villages around the area are welcoming and English is widely spoken. There are sandy or pebble beaches within a short drive and the climate is hot with fresh sea breezes most of the year with 11 months of glorious sunshine
Kiti area information
Kiti is a charming and well situate village just 3 kms from the nearest beaches of Pervolia and Meneou and just a ten minute transfer from Larnaca International Airport. The village is very traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses and has a very pretty old stone church at the centre. It offers guests a good selection of amenities including bank, supermarket, bakery, petrol, restaurants and traditional tavernas.
Nearby places of interest include Angelokisti Church in Kiti Village, Cape Kiti Lighthouse at Meneou, Stavrouni Monastery 45 minutes drive . The historical city of Larnaca is just 10 km to the centre and with its very popular cosmopolitan promenade offers a good choice of international restaurants, bars, marina, and shops. For those seeking an active holiday there are Water theme parks in Ayia Napa, Limmassol and Paphos or you can enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the protected area of Cape Greko or if you are more adventurous Cyprus is well known for its wreck diving sites. Kiti is situated about an hour from everything, great scenery, good walking, and mountain biking and water sports. Large supermarkets are located in Larnaca City.
Skiing Information:
Cyprus offers both sun shine and snow. The Troodos Mountains offer good ski-ing in the winter and great climbing and mountain biking terrain in the summer.
